Mobile games are indeed very addicting these days that it even booted “30 Rock” actor Alec Baldwin from an American Airlines plane parked at a Los Angeles International Airport gate Tuesday afternoon. The actor was at that time playing a game “Words with Friends” in his tab when he was approached by an American Airlines’ flight attending to it turn off. The actor refused to follow the attendant and preferred to leave the flight.

Everything was well documented in his Twitter account in real time when he tweeted: “Flight attendant on American reamed me out 4 playing WORDS W FRIENDS while we sat at the gate, not moving #nowonderamericaairisbankrupt.” Another passenger on the flight, Michael J. Wolf, the founder of the technology firm Activate, confirmed the incident when he tweeted: “On an AA flight at LAX. Alec Baldwin removed from the plane. We had to go back to the gate. Terrible that everyone had to wait.”

American Airlines on the other hand released a statement saying they would not comment oon something that might or might not have happened.”

The company also tried to contact the actor by tweeting: “Mr. Baldwin, we are looking into this. Please DM us contact information.”

Later on, Mr. Baldwin tweeted that he’s inside another AA flight.

“Whoever you are, sometimes you need to follow instructions,” says traveler C. Minch, a businessman who’s into boats for sale in Philippines. “The flight attendant is just doing their job perhaps,” Minch added.
