UFO Over New York: Manhattan UFO Video Speculations

UFO Over New York: Manhattan UFO Video Speculations – We are very much familiar with UFOs and Extra Terrestials especially with the award-winning movie E.T. by Steven Spielberg before.  They are subject of studies before especially in the case of crop circles. After the recent UFO sighting in China and inner Mongolia which prompted the halt of airline operations, a new UFO sighting, this time in Chelsea area over Manhattan in New York (NYC), has been the talk of many speculators.

The UFO over New York appeared at approximately 1:30 p.m. which prompted calls to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). However, FAA concluded and said: “We re-ran radar to see if there was anything there that we can’t account for but there is nothing in the area.” Office workers around the Manhattan area went out of their building to witness this alleged UFO in NYC.

While the UFO spotted in China was caught during night time when the sky is dark, this UFO over New York is unique since it was caught in a day light with clear sky. Some said that it was just a set of balloons flying in the sky while others say that  it was just an optical illusion in the sky. Below is a picture shared in Twitter of the alleged UFO in New York. Take note of the white little dots in the photo referring to the UFO in New York:

From the UFO over New York picture above, it’s strange how the dots are all the same distance apart, and the two in the middle are in direct line with each other. They appear to be flying in a formation in the shape of a pyramid. If you connect the dots, the triangles would be exactly the same on both sides.

Based on some arguments thrown by those who saw the alleged UFO over Manhattan in New York, they cannot be considered as balloons because they are not drifting or moving but they are hovering. Others said it lasted for over 45 minutes so definitely it cannot just be a set of balloons. And how come would the balloons be in the same distance apart from each other? Coincidence?

A spectator who also saw the alleged UFO in New York posted a video below. What do you think about this alleged UFO which appeared in Manhattan New York City? Is this a some sort of a spaceship of what we know as Extra Terrestials or aliens from other planets?

This has happened several times in many countriesobjects that at first sight would have you thinking you’re watching just balloons but under closer inspection reveal interesting characteristics as described in this article, just search on youtube “ufo fleets” or “ufo flotillas” and you will see several cases, some even at night, there’s a video particularly intriguing, recorded in Mexico, it shows an object releasing spheres, very, very interesting…

THere are not 3.. but 4 UFOs in the pic

  3. Tom Franklin says:

The triangle coincidence depends on where the observer is standing. Viewed 50 miles away, they might appear to be in a line or in no particular arrangement whatsoever.

Hard to tell what it is, we used to let helium balloons with tin foil go up. When it is bright and the sun is rather low above the horizon you get effects like this.

We did see something like UFOs once though. It was an afternoon at the office and bad weather was coming in, so occasionally we peeked outside. Then we saw it above us near our zenith. A couple of dark dots just hung motionless in the sky, sometimes obscured by lower clouds passing by. We went to the roof to make sure it was not a reflection or something. Since there was a lot of wind and these dots were quite high and completely motionless for a long time we ruled out balloons, kites or aircraft. We continued working but checked the sky frequently. After about 30 minutes the dots were suddenly gone. Up to this day I don’t understand what it was or what could have caused the illusion. It’s rather funny.

JL is correct, there are actually 4 points of light in the pic. The 4th is to the left of the antenna. The points of light seem to be equidistant from each other. These points of light were not the ony things seen and filmed at the time. H.E. Miller, please keep your skepticism to yourself and open your eyes.

    There are 10 dots @ 0:02

    “the two in the middle are in direct line with each other.”{

Two dots are always in line with each other.

god forbid that anyone should do anything other than to blindly accept that this is an alien invasion…skepticism bad…blind faith good!

  11. David says:

First multiple sightings in China and now this one in New York. Looks like the aliens are targeting the two largest economies. Maybe they think it is time for the truth to come out. It is the US military/intelligence community that does not want the truth about advanced aliens visiting from outer space to be revealed, since that would undermine US military and economic dominance of the world. This elaborate coverup has been going on for almost 60 years. See http://www.ufocoverup.org for more info

Ok i live in Rochester NY and my whole family saw EXACTLY the same kind of lights in the sky at sunset but i couldn’t tell you exactly what day. We made all kinds of comments about what they might be….it was my 12 year old who said and i quote “better look around for the mother ship”

  13. Aaron says:

Finally…I always knew this day would come. The years spent in solitude preparing, contemplating, devouring everything ever written about aliens, struggling to discern fact from fiction, the sit-ups and karate exercises, all that effort and energy spent gloriously validated. I was right. I WAS RIGHT!! AND I AM READY!!! BRING IT ON!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

  14. NJel says:

The video was of very poor quality, another consistency with alleged UFO sightings. I believe they are as the school claims them to be: Balloons. You can say what you want, but until the evidence is provided otherwise that it’s not (With today’s digital technology available to ordinary consumers).

Don’t claim government coverup either. If people can pirate just-in-theatre movies before or while they’re in the box office, then someone will find a way to leak out the truth should it actually happen.

Balloons people, and for the record, U.F.O. stands for Unidentified Flying Object, not “alien spacecraft”, so yes, I can agree that it was a U.F.O.; at least, until a classroom full of students confessed that it, in fact, is not a U.F.O., but an I.F.O. or Identified Flying Object: Balloons.

Please tell us the danger of UFO`s over NY or anywhere compared to the Aliens from over the border?
Over 11 millions Aliens in America that dont not belong here andy its big news to see more of nothing that has never harmed America.

  18. POLICE says:

TRUTH: Why is it that it’s always the guy with the wrong camecorder taking the shot. Com’n….people it’s New York. There’s got to be a person with an Red One, DSLR …. something that can zoom all the way to it.

  19. Fatesrider says:

From the video, the description in the story is BS. It wasn’t four UFO’s in a symmetrical formation. It was a cluster of white balloons, probably all set free at the same time. The picture above just happened to catch four in a “formation” which was merely chance.

    Balloons. That’s all this was.

  20. Clarissa says:

Hate to burst the UFO bubble (and I certainly think it is possible there are other life forms in the universe) but this was apparently 12 shiny pearl colored balloons that escaped the hands of a woman with 4 dozen (then 3 dozen) for a surprise engagement party close to Manhattan. The wind carried them over the city…

  22. Justin says:

They are clearly balloons. To see a few faint sunlit objects in the sky and immediately assume it’s otherworldly is grossly ignorant. I wish we weren’t alone as much as anyone, but we are. Grow up, this is NOT NEWS.

  23. Jerry Springer says:

In the 45min? nobody thought to whip out a set of binoculars and nobody owns a telescope in that city? I guess doing so would KILL the BUZZ? We are a spec of dust in the overall cosmos. Yes, other life exsists “out there”.. but odds are, they have no intention of booking a spot on Jerry Springer anytime soon…

  24. tucker says:

Oh, hey Roland. Just wanted to let you know youre a complete idiot. Grab something to measure those balloons instead of your shitty eye and youll see that they are in no way in any sort of pattern. They coincidentally appear to be in a crude triangular shape. Any jackass with a brain can deduce that. And every video Ive seen shows that they are moving. Soooooo yeah…. Try some real reporting and stop wasting our time with this garbage.

  25. DaveNC says:

I watched 2 of these in the eastern sky 2 weeks ago. I live near Charlotte. This was in the evening just as it got dark. There were 2 bright stars where there shouldn’t be any. Then I watched them just fade away. They never moved from their position.

  26. Tom Franklin says:

It takes a while for the sun to set on objects at high altitude. They are seen to just fade away.

  27. NoSurrender says:

Hey tucker was just wondering where your from actually, be honest of course? If you have actually witness these U.F.O? (unidentified Flying object)

  28. DallasStar2012 says:

Man we know how balloons look in the sky. Why every time its the same cover up.

  29. Shirley says:

I and my friend, were at a park in Colorado Springs on Labor Day 09/06/10, where there is an annual balloon fest;there were no hot air balloons anywhere around that day.The event had been cancelled.

As we were gazing into the sky, at the moon positioned in a cloudless bright blue sky, we noticed what appeared to be, 6-7 “balloons” drifting in the sky at the same alttiude as the moon? No way!
As we watched for about ten or more mins,we thought them to be hot air ballons but, it’s impossible for them to sail to those heights without bursting.
We continued to observe these objects as they sailed North along the front range of the Rocky Mountains.

We also noticed,a bright flash of light over our heads which seemed to be a motion-less strip of a shiney silver metalic object.
We determined that the object was self illuminating because, there were no other aircrafts in the sky at the time;. there was no sound(Colorado Springs, has air bases with-in city limits and their crafts are certainly, NOT SILENT)!!!!!
